1. 30-Day Return Window

You’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags still attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

Items that don’t meet these conditions may be declined for return.

2. Starting a Return

To begin a return, email our support team at support@butecouture.shop with your order details. Once we approve your request, we’ll send you return instructions.

Please note: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@butecouture.shop within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review your case and get back to you with a resolution promptly.

4. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items — whether the product you received was defective, damaged, the wrong size, or simply not what you ordered. Exchange availability depends on current stock, and replacement delivery times may vary based on your location.

5. No Restocking Fees

We don’t charge restocking fees. If your return is approved, you won’t see any deductions for restocking.

6. How Refunds Work

Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will go back to your original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 7 business days of approval.

Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may take a little extra time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

If a discount or promo code wasn’t applied at checkout, we’re unable to apply it retroactively or issue a refund for the difference. Promotional pricing only applies when used at the time of purchase.
